Requirements
- 5+ years supporting and engineering collaboration SaaS platforms
- Hands-on experience building solutions on Slack and Airtable
- Proficiency with JavaScript
- Experience with APIs webhooks and JSON
- Experience designing and operating integrations across multiple systems and services
- Ability to balance rapid delivery with scalability security and platform standards
- Experience building internal tools or automations for technology and business teams
- Familiarity with enterprise security compliance and data governance
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to decompose complex problems and deliver clear practical solutions
Day to day
- Design, build, and maintain Slack apps, bots, workflows, and Airtable-based business solutions.
- Develop and integrate solutions using Slack APIs and Airtable automations, interfaces, and webhooks.
- Administer and operate collaboration platforms with a focus on reliability, scalability, performance, security, and governance.
- Partner with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to translate needs into practical, well-documented solutions.
