What the job involves

  • Manage contact between prospective and existing customers within mid-market space
  • Advise on the journey with GitLab to achieve business outcomes
  • Work closely with business development team and sales management
  • Manage a broad book of business and focus on exceeding client expectations
  • Take ownership of your book of business and document buying criteria, process, next steps and owners
  • Ensure pipeline accuracy and contribute to sales handbook improvements
  • Provide account leadership and direction in the pre- and post-sales process
  • Contribute product ideas to our public issue tracker
