Requirements

- Solid experience in a water-related field or equivalent
- Project management and team leadership skills
- Proven track record in managing complex projects
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client engagement
- Proficiency in French and English
Day to day
- Overseeing and leading a team of application engineers and commercial engineers in the Assets Service Business
- Designing water treatment processes and developing creative value propositions
- Managing projects based on multiple technologies and proposing long-term contractual arrangements
