Requirements

  • Qualified accountant CPA CIMA ACA ACCA or equivalent with 4 to 8 years of commercial finance or FP&A experience
  • Experience in a B2B marketplace SaaS or platform business is a strong advantage
  • Strong commercial instinct with the ability to interpret the numbers and explain the implications
  • Robust senior stakeholder management skills with conviction and diplomacy
  • Strong financial modelling forecasting and scenario analysis skills
  • Comfort working across US UK and continental Europe time zones
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and modern finance tools including Claude and TextQL
  • Nice to have experience with combined commercial and operations functions cost-to-serve analysis or Salesforce CRM data

Day to day

  • Partner with the COO leadership team on global commercial performance across A&A and I&C, translating revenue retention and monetization trends into clear financial insight.
  • Own monthly variance analysis year-to-go forecasting and strategic commentary for the commercial and operations organisation, challenging assumptions and explaining performance drivers.
  • Support operational decisions by analysing cost-to-serve productivity headcount planning and service-level economics while helping shape budget and reforecast processes.
