- 10 plus years within the last 15 years of commercial or business litigation experience
- Experience using Everlaw or similar e-discovery platforms
- Strong understanding of litigation workflows discovery and court procedures
- Experience filing in state and federal courts
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently
- High attention to detail and reliability under deadline pressure
- Strong written communication and drafting skills
- Comfort working remotely with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to use advanced AI based tools
- Comfort learning new jurisdictions and court systems quickly

Day to day
- Support an active commercial litigation practice by independently managing case workflows, deadlines, and filings from intake through resolution.
- Draft and revise pleadings, motions, discovery, and related litigation materials while keeping filings accurate, organized, and court-compliant.
- Assist with discovery, damages support, appellate tasks, and trial preparation while proactively improving processes and reducing attorney workload.
