Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 4 years of Construction IT experience or 3 years in tech industry pre-sales support
  • Proven experience in SaaS solution sales role through demonstrations and RFP responses
  • Strong understanding of complex web and mobile applications in project management
  • Proficiency in Procore platform highly desired but not mandatory

What the job involves

  • Partner with the Install Account Executive team by supplementing demonstrations with technical knowledge
  • Expertly manage pre-sales technical support from initial contact through product demonstration and close
  • Collaborate with sales staff to identify qualify and close new business by addressing prospects’ challenges
  • Communicate and provide extensive training and support to new Account Executives turning them into Procore experts
