Who you are
- UK qualified lawyer with a Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5+ years PQE
- Experience in technology transactions within a law firm or in-house
- Knowledge of IP laws, data protection regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, EU Digital Services Act)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with proactive client acquisition approach

- Focus on business development and client acquisition in technology law.
- Advise on IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, and regulatory compliance.
