Who you are
- Qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE
- Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation
- Understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
- A proactive approach to generating a further pipeline of clients
What the job involves
- Play a crucial role in providing legal counsel to clients in the technology sector.
- Advise clients on technology law matters, including IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop business and acquire clients within the realm of technology law and build lasting client relationships.
