Qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE
Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation
Understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
A proactive approach to generating a further pipeline of clients
What the job involves
Play a crucial role in providing legal counsel to clients in the technology sector.
Advise clients on technology law matters, including IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, and regulatory compliance.
Develop business and acquire clients within the realm of technology law and build lasting client relationships.
