Who you are
- Qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE
- Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation
- Understanding of intellectual property laws data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act) and relevant technology-related regulations
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong client following is not essential however a proactive approach to generating a further pipeline of clients is

What the job involves
- Play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and guidance to clients operating in the technology sector responsible for business development and client acquisition within the realm of technology law
- Advise clients on a wide range of legal matters related to technology including IP data privacy cybersecurity and regulatory compliance
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships
