Qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE.
Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation.
Understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
Proactive approach to generating a further pipeline of clients.
What the job involves
Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients operating in the technology sector.
Advise on legal matters related to technology, including IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, and regulatory compliance.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
