Who you are

  • Qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE.
  • Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation.
  • Understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proactive approach to generating a further pipeline of clients.


What the job involves

  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients operating in the technology sector.
  • Advise on legal matters related to technology, including IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
