Role


Who you are

  • Qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE
  • Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation
  • Understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong client following is not essential however a proactive approach to generating a further pipeline of clients is


What the job involves

  • Play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and guidance to clients operating in the technology sector
  • Responsible for business development and client acquisition within the realm of technology law
  • Advise clients on a wide range of legal matters related to technology, including IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, and regulatory compliance
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships
