Who you are
- Qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE
- Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation
- Understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations
- Confident communicator, strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
- Proactive approach to generating further client pipeline

- Provide legal counsel to clients in the technology sector.
- Advise on IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop business and client acquisition in technology law.
