Qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE
Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation
Understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations
Confident communicator, strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
Proactive approach to generating further client pipeline
