Qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE.
Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation.
Understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act, and EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
