Who you are

  • Minimum 12+ years of Communications experience across tech/SaaS and/or CX
  • 5+ years of in-house experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience developing teams
  • Native English speaker
  • Ability to drive strategic planning and offer strategic counsel
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all organizational levels
  • Strong executive presence
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in process improvement and implementing new solutions

Desirables

  • Language skills in French and German
  • Enthusiasm for process improvement



What the job involves

  • Lead external communications for the EMEA region
  • Develop key global and local storytelling initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives
  • Lead a team of EMEA-based PR professionals with agency support
  • Report to the Senior Vice President of Global Communications
