Who you are
Minimum 12+ years of Communications experience across tech/SaaS and/or CX
5+ years of in-house experience
2+ years of leadership experience developing teams
Native English speaker
Ability to drive strategic planning and offer strategic counsel
Strong oral and written communication
Ability to communicate with employees at all organizational levels
Strong executive presence
Strong interpersonal skills
Coaching and mentoring skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in process improvement and implementing new solutions
Desirables
Language skills in French and German
Enthusiasm for process improvement
What the job involves
Lead external communications for the EMEA region
Develop key global and local storytelling initiatives
Drive cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives
Lead a team of EMEA-based PR professionals with agency support
