Day to day
- Supervise and mentor a small team of Communications Interns
- Guide outreach to press contacts partner organizations and schools
- Review support and improve interns email communications and outreach tasks
- Coordinate weekly check-ins and provide constructive encouraging feedback
- Collaborate with the Social Media Director to align messaging and outreach goals
