Requirements

- 8-10 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
- Extensive experience working in the fintech industry and/or consumer finance landscape
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans
- Experience managing media relations and crisis communications
- Experience managing internal communications/engagement plans/strategy
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Day to day
- Craft and execute the company’s communications strategy to enhance brand presence and drive customer acquisition and retention
- Oversee internal and external communications, media relations, and coordination with partners on joint communication efforts
- Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all channels and represent One at industry events as needed
