Bachelor's degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism Marketing English Business Administration or related field
Three years of experience developing communications for enterprise technology healthcare or government programs
Exceptional written verbal editing and presentation skills
Experience creating executive presentations newsletters communication plans and stakeholder engagement materials
Experience using Microsoft Office SharePoint Adobe Creative Suite Canva or similar tools is preferred
Familiarity with Organizational Change Management stakeholder engagement and technology adoption initiatives is preferred
Experience supporting VA VHA DHA or other Federal healthcare organizations health IT telehealth or Federal program management is preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple communication priorities
Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance

Develop and execute strategic communications for federal healthcare modernization initiatives
Create executive briefings newsletters presentations fact sheets FAQs and stakeholder updates that translate complex technical information into clear messaging
Collaborate with Organizational Change Management Program Management Training and technical teams to support readiness adoption and successful program execution
Manage communication schedules distribution plans documentation templates and content repositories while monitoring feedback and improving communication effectiveness
