What the job involves
- Lead the strategic priorities of corporate communications related to internal communications and crisis communications
- Design a communication strategy in partnership with cross functional leaders ensuring a standardized and cohesive approach
- Develop and streamline a data reporting process tracking the impact of communication activities
- Execute comprehensive internal communications strategies via various channels including Hub posts email and other internal platforms
- Maintain an active internal communications calendar ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels
- Create effective and impactful communication plans representing Bethany’s purpose and vision supporting content strategies to drive engagement build trust shape the corporate reputation boost employee morale and achieve positive business results,
