- Ability to develop and execute community marketing campaigns.

- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- English fluency and working knowledge of a major second language desirable.

Day to day
- Accelerate the global growth of a large community of blind and low vision users.
- Research user community characteristics and identify new growth areas.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth and engagement plan.
- Negotiate with external partners to support plan execution.
- Execute and monitor the plan making adjustments as necessary.
- Develop and execute communication campaigns targeting the user community.
