Day to day
- Work remotely as a litigation associate on plaintiffs' boutique class action matters
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into potential new cases and build factual workups for technical and legal issues
- Handle all phases of discovery including drafting written discovery meeting and conferring and preparing for and conducting depositions
