Requirements

  • Degree-level education minimum 2:2 or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of governance principles compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Experience implementing and managing compliance and governance processes preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently while recognising when to escalate issues
  • Strong IT proficiency including familiarity with compliance risk or ESG tools and reporting systems
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Day to day

  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of governance and compliance policies procedures and internal controls
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to embed good governance practices and strengthen accountability across the organisation
  • Manage data privacy assessments maintain records of processing activity and help respond to external privacy requests
  • Assist with reporting compliance documentation policy updates training activities and governance committee updates
