Requirements
- Degree-level education minimum 2:2 or equivalent
- Strong understanding of governance principles compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Experience implementing and managing compliance and governance processes preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently while recognising when to escalate issues
- Strong IT proficiency including familiarity with compliance risk or ESG tools and reporting systems
- Excellent written and spoken English

Day to day
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of governance and compliance policies procedures and internal controls
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to embed good governance practices and strengthen accountability across the organisation
- Manage data privacy assessments maintain records of processing activity and help respond to external privacy requests
- Assist with reporting compliance documentation policy updates training activities and governance committee updates
