Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Two to four years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Knowledge of insurance regulatory compliance and state filing requirements
- Experience with OFAC or market conduct preferred
- Ability to manage regulatory calls surveys and filings
- Experience with SERFF and Florida IFRS preferred
- Strong research analytical and communication skills

Day to day
- Acts as regulatory liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners while providing expert compliance guidance.
- Researches regulatory developments and insurance filing requirements to support compliant product changes and business decisions.
- Prepares and submits complex rates rules and forms filings and coordinates responses to regulators across multiple jurisdictions.
