Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Knowledge of insurance regulatory compliance and state filing requirements
  • Experience with OFAC or market conduct preferred
  • Ability to manage regulatory calls surveys and filings
  • Experience with SERFF and Florida IFRS preferred
  • Strong research analytical and communication skills

Day to day

  • Acts as regulatory liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners while providing expert compliance guidance.
  • Researches regulatory developments and insurance filing requirements to support compliant product changes and business decisions.
  • Prepares and submits complex rates rules and forms filings and coordinates responses to regulators across multiple jurisdictions.
