- Experience within a corporate compliance program
- Experience in data center AI or similar technology companies
- Good understanding of COI ABAC third-party risk and sanctions
- Familiarity with compliance and third party risk assessment methodologies
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Hands-on proactive and interested in process improvement
- Structured detail-oriented and pragmatic
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Day to day
- Conduct third-party due diligence assessments with careful risk scoring screening verification and documentation
- Investigate medium and high-risk third parties through desktop checks ownership review beneficial owner analysis and site visits where possible
- Coordinate questionnaires escalate red flags and maintain accurate risk registers while improving scalable compliance processes
