Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study
- 5+ years of experience in auditing compliance project management or business analysis
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements such as NIST 800-53 SOX GDPR HIPAA FedRAMP 20x and DISA SRG
- FedRAMP background required with experience leading FedRAMP compliance and authorization processes
- Ability to access federal environments and/or protected federal data and provide U.S. Person status documentation upon hire
- Experience with GRC or audit tooling such as ServiceNow GRC or Archer preferred
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- General technical aptitude with ability to understand technical and IT terminology
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment and minimal oversight
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication collaboration listening presentation and writing skills
- Practical experience applying industry best practices to solve a wide range of issues

Day to day
- Oversee and improve compliance activities across multiple projects and business processes.
- Manage the integration of compliance requirements and champion regulatory reporting for a SaaS product.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on risk reviews audits and continuous improvement while protecting client data and systems integration.
