Remote Compliance Manager Job in Redmond, WA Microsoft

Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business, legal/regulatory, compliance, audit/consulting firm OR equivalent experience
• Must meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

What the job involves

• Implement and monitor compliance standards and policies for CO+I division of Microsoft focusing on Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption, Human Rights, Third Party Risk Management
• Support construction audit, AI Compliance, Controls Monitoring, and Financial Compliance programs
• Serve as primary contact for compliance matters in the Americas region aligning with Microsoft policy, global standards, and local regulations
