Day to day
- Monitors and analyzes State and Federal employee benefits regulations to identify compliance impacts and summarize regulatory actions.
- Creates technical tools visual aids and recorded presentations that help service teams and clients understand and apply compliance requirements.
- Leads training webinars presentations and internal education efforts while coordinating with operations marketing legal and external counsel.
