Day to day
- Monitors and analyzes state and federal employee benefits regulations, then translates complex guidance into clear internal and external communications.
- Develops technical tools, visual aids, and recorded presentations that help service teams and clients understand and apply compliance requirements effectively.
- Leads training, supports workflows and processes, and serves as a liaison across operations, marketing, legal, and external resources to strengthen compliance service delivery.
