Requirements

  • Associates degree and 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ASPPA Qualified 401(k) Administrator QKA designation required
  • Ability to read and interpret retirement adoption agreements program manuals and government instructions and guidance
  • Ability to write reports and emails correspondence and communicate effectively across the company
  • Advanced math skills including fractions percentages and ratios
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks

Day to day

  • Prepare increasingly complex compliance tests and government filings with strong attention to accuracy and quality
  • Review complex compliance and regulatory filings from other team members and provide self and peer review
  • Mentor and train team members while researching issues and supporting process improvements
