Requirements

  • Associates degree and 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ASPPA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation required
  • Ability to read and interpret retirement adoption agreements program manuals and government instructions and guidance
  • Ability to write reports and emails and communicate effectively across the company
  • Advanced math skills including fractions percentages and ratios
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks

Day to day

  • Prepare increasingly complex compliance and government filings with careful accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Review team members’ compliance and filing work to verify quality and adherence to department procedures.
  • Mentor and train other team members while researching issues and helping improve processes and service standards.
