Requirements
- Associates degree and 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ASPPA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation required
- Ability to read and interpret retirement adoption agreements program manuals and government instructions and guidance
- Ability to write reports and emails and communicate effectively across the company
- Advanced math skills including fractions percentages and ratios
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks

Day to day
- Prepare increasingly complex compliance and government filings with careful accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Review team members’ compliance and filing work to verify quality and adherence to department procedures.
- Mentor and train other team members while researching issues and helping improve processes and service standards.
