Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations including consumer protection regulations
- One to three years of related bank compliance experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Ability to research and analyze regulatory requirements
- Ability to develop and maintain close working relationships with business units and individuals
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Ability to learn or use RiskExec Salesforce and Encompass
- Excellent presentation interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize priorities and meet deadlines
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills

Day to day
- Assist the Compliance Testing Manager with daily and periodic compliance monitoring and testing
- Research and review state and federal laws regulations and acts to verify adherence and identify exceptions
- Prepare clear test documents work papers and reports with root cause analysis and communicate findings to business units
- Support corrective actions regulatory examinations and internal or external audits while advising teams on compliance requirements
