Requirements
- Minimum 3 years recertification experience
- Section 8 experience required
- Tax Credit experience required
- Strong understanding of HUD 4350 and CPO
- Full understanding of HUD and LIHTC requirements
- Prior LIHTC recertification experience
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi task within time constraints
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in Word Excel Outlook and property management software
Nice to have
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Day to day
- Monitor property compliance for HUD and LIHTC programs while coordinating closely with tenants applicants and onsite teams.
- Perform leasing recertifications audits and related reporting with accuracy under strict deadlines.
- Support client relationships training and regulatory readiness across multi family apartment communities nationwide.
