  • Tax Credit experience required
  • Strong understanding of HUD 4350 and CPO
  • Full understanding of HUD and LIHTC requirements
  • Prior LIHTC recertification experience
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi task within time constraints
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Word Excel Outlook and property management software

Day to day

  • Monitor property compliance for HUD and LIHTC programs while coordinating closely with tenants applicants and onsite teams.
  • Perform leasing recertifications audits and related reporting with accuracy under strict deadlines.
  • Support client relationships training and regulatory readiness across multi family apartment communities nationwide.
