Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Regulatory Affairs Quality Management or a related technical field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in product compliance regulatory affairs or quality engineering in manufacturing
- Working knowledge of UL 508A and broader UL standards for industrial control equipment
- Working knowledge of ETL listing processes and third-party certification workflows
- Working familiarity with CE marking requirements under EN 60335-1 and EN 60335-2-40
- Working knowledge of PED 2014/68/EU and ASME pressure vessel frameworks
- Familiarity with RoHS and REACH compliance regimes
- Familiarity with SCCR requirements and submittal preparation
- Proficiency in Arena PLM or equivalent PLM system
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or ability to learn workflow systems quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel and Word skills
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid remote environment and meet deadlines
- Professional discretion with sensitive technical and supplier information

Day to day
- Maintain product compliance documentation across North American and European markets, keeping records current and regulator-ready.
- Coordinate third-party certification activities, prepare submissions, and manage correspondence with certification authorities and notified bodies.
- Review engineering changes, BOMs, and drawings to identify compliance impacts and keep certifications aligned with product revisions.
