Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent education and experience
  • 6+ years relevant experience and/or training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Solid understanding of Section 8 Section 42 HOME and RD programs and requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of local state and federal housing regulations
  • Proficiency in HUD Secure Systems including TRACS and EIV
  • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and good judgment
  • High level of integrity and accountability

Day to day

  • Manage resident documentation for audits and reports while carefully reconciling discrepancies
  • Develop action plans to identify, address, and resolve non-compliance issues across properties
  • Update internal and external compliance procedures and provide training support to clients and internal teams
