Remote Compliance Specialist - Monitor Liaison Office (MLO) Job in London, UK Binance

Who you are

• 5+ years compliance and/or monitorship management experience
• Knowledge and understanding of financial services regulations, compliance policies, standards, and procedures
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization while maintaining close contact with relevant teams across multiple locations
• Excellent problem solving, communication and written skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts into a format digestible by a diverse audience
• Strong project management skills with the ability to create external facing material in conjunction with internal stakeholders
• Proactive and diligent teamwork, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Highly organized and capable of dealing with complex projects
• BA degree or international equivalent
• Experience gained from crypto/fintech is preferred

What the job involves

• Support the MLO team by performing compliance and assurance reviews on Monitor requests for information
• Assist in creating material to reflect company practice and aid walkthroughs of processes
• Work closely with Compliance Leaders, Audit, Legal, Product, and Business Lines to ensure a complete and compliant output is provided to the Monitor
