Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 0–3 years experience in compliance risk audit legal or related field
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for leadership and governance materials
- Familiarity with compliance concepts such as sanctions screening KYC EDD and control testing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent cases and deadlines
- High integrity and sound judgment with sensitive information

Day to day
- Provides direct execution support across sanctions monitoring and counterparty compliance activities
- Conducts KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence reviews for LNG and LPG counterparties and important suppliers
- Performs control testing case triage documentation tracking and reporting to support audits governance and risk programs
