Requirements
- 0-3 years in a detail-oriented client-facing role
- Familiarity with Prevailing Wage apprenticeship PWA IRA Davis-Bacon Act and SCA is required
- Experience in clean energy sector is preferred
- Strong organization communication and follow-through
- Tech savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Ability to manage multiple client projects independently
- Ownership mindset and problem-solving approach
- Experience supporting construction infrastructure renewable energy or similar industries
- Prior compliance ERP or SaaS platform experience is beneficial

Day to day
- Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing use of the compliance platform
- Coordinate payroll and subcontractor documentation collection to support audits and certified payroll reporting
- Serve as the primary contact for user questions issues and feedback while tracking progress and resolving tickets promptly
- Build strong customer relationships identify risks and collaborate with internal teams and Product and Engineering to improve the platform
