Requirements
- PhD or MSc in Structural Biology Biochemistry Biophysics Chemistry Bioinformatics or related field
- At least 2 years of industry experience preferably biotech
- Strong understanding of cryo-EM XL-MS and SAXS datasets
- Strong Python programming skills with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure experience
- Experience building reproducible and scalable computational or structural biology workflows
- Experience with modern protein structure prediction or co-folding methods and/or docking or molecular dynamics
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proactive delivery-oriented mindset

- Induced proximity experience
- Structure-based design exposure

Day to day
- Own computational structural biology projects end-to-end and turn requirements into validated production-grade workflows.
- Develop robust approaches for induced proximity by modelling weak or transient protein-protein interactions and improving reusable code.
- Apply machine learning co-folding protein docking and molecular dynamics to integrate priors into predictions of structure cooperativity and binding affinity.
- Build large-scale data pipelines query structural and sequence databases and partner with experimental scientists on validation strategies.
