Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 or 4-year degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years experience preferably in a professional services environment
  • Previous experience with Intapp required
  • Experience following bankruptcy guidelines and related rules preferred
  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraints
  • Ability to perform effectively with moderate supervision and within established deadlines
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally and provide exceptional service
  • Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis and decision making for new clients and matter processing

Day to day

  • Process conflict searches for new client and new matter requests with accuracy and urgency
  • Perform detailed corporate research using search resources press releases and historical references to entities
  • Review Intapp Open workflow requests and Conflict Results Reports to identify potential conflicts and support resolution
  • Coordinate with stakeholders attorneys and staff to clear conflicts document outcomes and track outstanding requests
