Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in construction phase
  • Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture preferred or degree in Civil Structural Mechanical Electrical or Plumbing Engineering
  • Architectural or Engineering registration
  • REVIT preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Required technical expertise and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with multi-family mixed-use wood concrete steel and high-rise projects
  • Excellent management organization and people skills
  • Ability to work with staff at all levels
  • Comfortable traveling

Day to day

  • Manage construction documents and coordinate with internal teams consultant engineers and municipal authorities
  • Review shop drawings submittals RFIs and change orders to support quality cost effective design and owner approvals
  • Conduct site visits attend OAC meetings prepare field observation reports and close out documentation while tracking submittals and schedule impacts
