- Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing process
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Proficiency in using conveyancing case management software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- CLC or SRA membership is a plus

Day to day
- Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
