Who you are

  • Broad understanding of POS solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes and industry technology products
  • Four year degree preferred
  • 5 years of relevant experience including 2 years in Implementation Consulting preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Implementation Consultant role
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to area of focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
  • Ability to travel as needed

What the job involves

  • Supervises a team of Implementation Consultants in the UK and Ireland ensuring quality work at customer sites
  • Performs varied and complex duties to implement Oracle products and technology for customer needs
  • Consults with customer organization management, may participate in sales proposals, and assist with end-user training
