Experience in a similar role, probably in an agency context but not necessarily
Strong understanding of either search engine optimisation or usability testing (both would be ideal, but we can provide support if you’re stronger in one area than the other)
All the usual skills around communication, organisation, and so on
What the job involves
Apply your knowledge and skills to a range of mission-driven clients, helping them to understand how to create more visible, effective, and impactful content on their websites and social media
Carry out content audits to assess quality, relevance, and performance
Design and execute usability tests (using a variety of moderated and unmoderated methods) to evaluate user experience and identify areas for improvement
Execute SEO audits covering technical, on-page, and off-page factors, with a particular emphasis on uncovering opportunities through keyword and topic research
Monitor and report on performance over time, benchmarking performance against previous results and sector intelligence
Talk directly with clients to understand their objectives and present results
Come and work at a friendly, remote-first agency and help museums, theatres, orchestras (and more) to understand and improve the performance of their digital content.
