  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years B2B Influencer or business development or relevant work experience
  • Experience in Performance Marketing, particularly Affiliate Marketing
  • Building recruitment & partnership strategies for social media influencers
  • Proven track record in exceeding revenue goals
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented, highly accountable, fast-paced environment experience
  • Comfortable leading client-facing presentations
