• 3-5 years B2B Influencer, business development, or relevant work experience
• Experience in Performance Marketing industry or Performance PR, a plus
• Building recruitment & partnership strategies for YouTube, TikTok, and other social media influencers
• Exceeding revenue goals
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and persuasive
• Success in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable leading client-facing presentations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
