Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field, or relevant work experience
- 3-5 years B2B Influencer, business development, or relevant work experience
- Experience in Performance Marketing industry or Performance PR, a plus
- Building recruitment & partnership strategies for YouTube, TikTok, and other social media influencers
- Exceeding revenue goals
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and persuasive
- Success in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable leading client-facing presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Joining client calls to pitch high value partnership opportunities, providing strategic insights, forecasting results, and aligning progress to goals
- Creating and leading recruitment strategy, managing partnerships, and optimizing publishers for client growth
