Requirements

  • Hands-on experience as a Content Author Web Content Specialist CMS Specialist or similar role
  • Experience entering formatting and publishing content within a CMS
  • Ability to take content from Word documents grids spreadsheets and documentation and build structured web pages
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with high-volume content
  • Ability to build out pages using existing templates modules and components
  • Comfortable performing repetitive content production work while maintaining quality
  • Strong understanding of content hierarchy formatting linking and page organization
  • Ability to follow established direction brand standards and content governance guidelines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced content migration or redesign environment
  • Ability to identify basic content gaps broken links formatting issues or unclear connection points
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pages or content workstreams at once

Day to day

  • Translate finalized content from Word documents grids spreadsheets and supporting documentation into structured web pages within the client CMS.
  • Build out pages at volume using existing templates modules and components while keeping the site clean consistent and easy for patients to navigate.
  • Work closely with digital marketing and service line stakeholders to connect content across healthcare services markets and patient journeys and maintain accuracy throughout the redesign.
