What the job involves

• Write industry leading content and drive forward the mainstream adoption of crypto
• Explore understand and reinvent everything from the way money works to a bunch of even more ambitious things we can’t talk about yet
• Influence what is potentially the way money is used and talked about for years to come
• Defining content strategy making user experiences more intuitive enforcing consistency developing new terminology solving compliance challenges
• Strategise write iterate and collaborate with designers product managers design managers research and other stakeholders to produce effective UX content that compliments the design
• Expand the KCDS to improve the quality of content across Kraken and have more content lead products like gamified tutorials and AI interactions with clients
• Look at the overall UX of a product or ecosystem and consider how this narratively comes together
