What the job involves

• Develop storyboards source creator content & edit videos for all organic and paid social channels
• Build & optimize processes to work with both creators & internal teams to execute on briefs/feedback and meet project deadlines
• Create self-serve library for cross functional teams with all ugc & video content and licensing information
• Define and track content KPIS based on channel best practices
• Allocate and track content budget
• Partner with the Brand Social Growth & Creative teams to amplify brand & channel initiatives
• Stay on top of and proactively find ways to leverage emerging trends and create on-the-fly content that our audience will love
• Work closely with our paid ads team to report on what types of UGC are working and what’s not
• Support influencer team by building out and leading evergreen gifting efforts to source organic UGC
