Who you are

  • At least 3 years of experience in writing, content creation, and/or marketing
  • Experience managing multiple brands, preferably within a startup
  • University degree in Marketing, Management, English, Linguistics, Communication, Creative Writing, or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English
  • Experience with content evaluation and delivery tools like CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics tools
  • Understanding of user-centered content design and content accessibility
  • Good understanding of SEO, SEA, social media, and other paid and organic channels
  • Proactive with a growth mindset, innovative, and willing to test theories

What the job involves

  • Plan customer journeys to ensure engaging content delivery across all channels, enhancing audience engagement and driving conversions
  • Write engaging and persuasive marketing content for various communication channels to encourage audience progress
  • Manage a content calendar and deliver content through key marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery
  • Contribute copy and scripts for visual and other asset creation, working with internal design teams
  • Understand data and utilize systems to deliver communications, collaborating with internal teams
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring production matches brand guidelines and regulatory requirements, and input into brand evolution
  • Evaluate the impact of new content initiatives through testing and defined measures of success
  • Investigate user feedback and behavioral data to understand needs and deliver new initiatives
