Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or similar
Minimum three years of experience in marketing, content creation, or communications
Understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies
Skilled in social media, marketing automation, campaign production, blogs, and digital presence building
Knowledge of SEO, SMO, and PPC practices
Experience in marketing communications and writing
Portfolio of published work
Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing software
Strong focus on marketing ROI and KPIs
Preferred experience in the energy systems industry
