Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in English communications technical writing instructional design or related field OR 5 years equivalent experience
- 2 years in instructional design technical writing publishing journalism or related field
- Excellent PC skills
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Ability to use conditional logic to understand and apply complex technical and multi-jurisdictional requirements to a compliant product build
- AI literacy including proficiency in prompt engineering and a foundational understanding of LLM capabilities
- Excellent organization and time management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

Day to day
- Develop new and revised print and electronic materials for real estate products across print and web formats.
- Collaborate with production teams authors technical staff instructional designers and SMEs to organize edit and deliver accurate course content on schedule.
- Adapt learning assets and research updated information to improve product quality process efficiency and compliance.
